NGL is a 12-course program developed by business leader, speaker, author and consultant – Martin O’Neill. The Next Generation Leaders program is designed for team leaders, project and program managers, new and future leaders, division managers, and anyone who has an interest in growing their leadership skills.

Denise O’Neill

Denise O'Neill is the CEO and owner of TAB | The Alternative Board Baltimore Washington and co-owner, Next Generation Leaders. As an executive coach, Denise specializes in sales, marketing, organization building and developing strong business cultures that focus on leadership, accountability and strategic planning. She is a seasoned business executive with 16 years’ experience leading Fortune 100 consumer packaged goods companies in Sales, Marketing, Management, and Logistics. Denise is a former Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Nabisco where she received numerous awards including the Nabisco Food Presidential award. She is an author of Finding Your Edge, and is the founder of the award-winning Survivors Offering Support organization providing innovative peer support services to breast centers in Maryland/Washington, DC.
Developing the next generation of leaders is one of the primary responsibilities of an organization. The NGL program is logically divided into three stages. Each 60- to 90-minute course consists of 3-6 online lessons that contain multiple formats to keep participants engaged, along with a final review assessment.

As a partner with NGL, you’ll have the opportunity to sell and distribute the Next Generation Leaders program, helping companies create dynamic leaders who will advance organizational goals. You’ll receive access to NGL marketing materials, including fliers, blog and video content — in addition to receiving mentoring and guidance from Denise O’Neill.
Our partners are trusted advisors who offer the Next Generation Leaders program as a way to help their customers and clients reach their potential. Business Coaches, Human Resource professionals, Recruiting and Training firms, Peer Advisory firms and Consultants offer NGL as a component of their service offerings.
NGL partners represent the “Next Generation Leaders” program to their marketplace. The partner will collect registration information, work with Corsum Academy to schedule the participants, and bill their customers.
Corsum Academy will maintain the Learning Management System, register the participants and handle any user access issues. Correspondence, such as weekly emails to participants, participation reports and monthly videos will be coordinated with the partner to ensure the partner's branding objectives are met.
The NGL partner can either take a “hands-off” approach and allow the NGL program to unfold over the year, or can engage the client in monthly review sessions (training material will be provided).
The NGL partner program provides each partner the opportunity to have a 12-month recurring revenue stream, deepen their relationships with clients, and offer an additional high margin, low maintenance service offering.
