How the NGL Partner Program works

Our partners are trusted advisors who offer the Next Generation Leaders program as a way to help their customers and clients reach their potential. Business Coaches, Human Resource professionals, Recruiting and Training firms, Peer Advisory firms and Consultants offer NGL as a component of their service offerings.

NGL partners represent the “Next Generation Leaders” program to their marketplace. The partner will collect registration information, work with Corsum Academy to schedule the participants, and bill their customers.

Corsum Academy will maintain the Learning Management System, register the participants and handle any user access issues. Correspondence, such as weekly emails to participants, participation reports and monthly videos will be coordinated with the partner to ensure the partner's branding objectives are met.

The NGL partner can either take a “hands-off” approach and allow the NGL program to unfold over the year, or can engage the client in monthly review sessions (training material will be provided).

The NGL partner program provides each partner the opportunity to have a 12-month recurring revenue stream, deepen their relationships with clients, and offer an additional high margin, low maintenance service offering.
